International Project

My target goal for my mobility project would be to participate in an international project at Continental.
Indeed, instead of going to another school in a different country, I think this project could bring me a lot more in terms of skills and communication.
Furthermore, this project will still fit my category as I will still be considered an AI developer, and would even be a support for teams who don't have one.

Intercultural Reflection

Working on an international project at Continental would require me to adapt my communication style to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
I would focus on being clear, respectful, and open-minded when sharing ideas or giving feedback.
Since communication and working styles vary between cultures, I would avoid assumptions and take time to understand how others prefer to organize tasks or discuss solutions.
Active listening would also be essential to build trust and ensure understanding.
As an AI developer supporting teams that may not have technical expertise in this field, I will try to explain concepts using simple, accessible language.
This experience would improve my ability to work in diverse environments, strengthen my teamwork skills, and help me grow both professionally and personally in an international context.
